This newer tiny home built in 2021is the least expensive in Encinitas or Carlsbad and is in Trailer Rancho which is an all-age and wonderful park being revitalized with new tiny homes. Nextdoor is a beautiful public park where you will see locals enjoying the playground, basketball court, skate area, sand volleyball court and large grassy area and dogs are there enjoying it too. The owner must live in the property this cannot be rented, rent is $1600 but should be confirmed with management. Utilities are extra and minimal. Before being able to purchase the home you must qualify to rent the space. The process is similar to renting a house or apartment, but you own the tiny home. The trailer Rancho community has community laundry however this unit does have its own washer and dryer inside the kitchen. It also has a full-size refrigerator stove and oven and microwave the unit itself is new and has a very beachy feel with shiplap throughout the inside it is very light and bright. Park your car right next to your home. Enjoy the ample sized patio! Large shed is approximately 13 x 6. There is a barbecue area and dog run as well as a community room featuring a card table and pool table. Walk or ride bikes to the great restaurants here in the quaint village of Leucadia or go just 2 miles south to the popular old Encinitas Village.
